Will Georgia stay on Daylight Savings Time in 2023? ›

Two years ago, Georgia passed a law to permanently stay in daylight saving time. Here's why you're still changing your clocks.

Which US states are not changing their clocks? The only parts of the US that do not have Daylight Saving Time are Hawaii, most of Arizona, Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Guam, and American Samoa.
